small baby

Has anyone else been told that their baby is measuring small? Had an ultrasound 3 weeks ago and the doctor didnt tell us but our little girl was measuring in the 11th percentile. Today after going back for a growth scan our little one is measuring in the 7th percentile. We have to go back in a few weeks for another growth scan to see how she's measuring. I'm probably taking it too dramatically but I'm really worried. I'm 24w.
