SOS. COLD SORE😬😣

I just had a cold sore appear. For those people that get them too, you know they suck. I wanted to hang with my mans tomorrow but it's just so embarrassing. I need tips on how to get rid if it fast.. what usually works for you guys? also what do i do about hanging out with my man?
