Anyone else breaking out?

During pregnancy I broke out with a pimple here and there but now that I've had my daughter (she will be a month on Friday) I'm breaking out so badly! Every day there's a new pimple...every face wash I have tried makes me break out even more! My skin feels so bumpy and disgusting it's so gross. Any recommendations on a good cleansing method?

I've been lucky with just a couple pimples here and there but I had terrible acne in middle/high school.  St. Ives Neutrogena and Burts Bees worked best for me.  I use Burts Bees now because my skin started getting sensitive to all the chemicals I've tried over the years.

During pregnancy I was pretty clear which is abnormal for me. Now that my son is 3 weeks my face is so broken out and I can't use much because I'm breastfeeding. But my dermo has me washing with cetaphil twice a day, and I use a clarisonic brush (best thing ever) and I moistureize woth cetaphil as well. Hopefully it will start to clear up- persistence is the key. Mine is so bad around my neck and jaw line and that's hormonal acne :( super bummed. Good luck and tell us if u find something :)
