recurrent UTI

I've had recurrent uti's ever since I've been sexually active. I was wondering if anyone had the same problem? I always wipe front to back, pee after sex, and drink lots of water. I also sometimes take cranberry supplement. Nevertheless, I always end up in urgent care trying to get antibiotics. Does anyone have this problem? If so, what do you do to prevent them? Any tidbits on preventative home remedies??
