At how many months did yu register at hospital for delivery?

I'm 25 weeks and had my appointment today, Dr asked me to register at hospital asap, I can't even remember around when I registered for my other babies.

I didn't register for my last Two. I want to with this one so I need to soon.

I did it at 21 weeks. My doctor requires it to be done by 28 weeks.

I went when my midwife recommended...each time actually i just waited until it was mentioned that I've already been registered or that i needed to go register. I didn't need to with my 1st 2 had to with my 3rd didn't with my fourth had to with 5th and will again have to update and re register with my 6th
