I'm so anxious

I'm so anxious to know what our 4th little baby will be. We have 3 boys already. I had a scan at 10wks 5days and every time I look at the picture I just feel like I'm looking at a girl. This pregnancy has been so different. With my boys I was so incredibly sick for most of my pregnancy. This time around I was mildly sick. I'm 12 wks 5days and for over a week I've been fine. Heart rate was 171 at ultrasound. What do you ladies think?
