How supportive is your job regarding TTC and needing time off for Dr.'s appmts.?

Wondering how other places of employment respond to others going through assisted fertility. Mine is a mixed bag. Fairly flexible regarding time off as long as I make up for it or use sick leave, but not always sensitive to other needs while TTC.

I can take as much time as I need, but I have to use my leave vacation or sick). No one really asks many questions.
