TMI in picture😳

I started bleeding/spotting 3 days after af was due. I had a good line day before bleeding and few faints since. Not super heavy and mostly this pinkish color not bright red and no clots. What's going on? Sorry about picture, I just want to know if anyone had same and was pregnant or had healthy pregnancy with this. Not sure how to make post give TMI warning
