Don't know what to do

Done this annonamusly as it's a little embarresing. I had a miscarriage 4 years and haven't been able to get pregnant since. I'm worried something really went wrong when I miscarried. And now I think I might have bacterial vaginosis the symptoms have been on and off for a while now and now I'm worried that it may have caused infertility especially if I've had it since the misscarriage. I did go to the doctors about my trouble ttc and they sent me for an internal scan which they then said I had pcos. I'm going to get this sorted but was wondering would it be best to go to doctors or a sexual health clinic and also would they have already picked the bacterial vaginosis up on the scan ? If anyone has any insight on any of this it will be greatly appreciated. I feel so lost and think I'm never going to have kids. Sorry for ranting.
