First Time

So I'm 19 and a virgin. My boyfriend is 21 and he's way more experienced than me. I'm a very sexual person and I have even masturbated before but I don't think I have every really experienced an orgasam. Sometimes making out with my boyfriend can get intense and I feel like it will lead to sex but he always stops and I think it's because he respects me too much. He has recently been jocking about helping me reach my first orgasam. I want to try and I'm curious but I'm also scared about my own body insecurities like public hair, stretch marks, acne, and body fat and I defitnetly don't want to get pregnant right now. Do you have any suggestions, advice or tips? Also because he's more experience I want to be able to please him back too but I don't know how.
