Period boobs or pregnancy boobs?

My boobs started to ache today (day 25 of a 30ish day cycle). This is the same time they started to ache last cycle.

I am wondering if anyone had typical "period boob" soreness before their expected period that ended up being pregnant.

At least for me my "period boobs" were significantly less sore than my "pregnancy boobs"

My boobs never got sore before my period, and a few days before my BFP I had extremely senstitive nipples. Eventually I got the sore boobs from pregnancy (probably around 5-6 weeks). My theory is that any NEW symptoms you're having could be indicative of pregnancy. That was my experience, anyway.
