I work in a very small privately owned accounting office. My boss knows that I am pregnant(26 weeks)  yet continues to smoke with the door barely cracked open. The smoke/smell blows right back into my office and I leave every day with a headache. Recently I have developed a runny nose and ear aches. She smokes 8-10 cigarettes while at work. I'm really scared to say anything because I don't want to cause tension. What would you do?
