should I worry?

It finally happened at 5 months and 20days she decided to roll....and roll off her bed. Her bed is maybe a foot off the floor (we changed her crib to the toddler bed cause I'm short and she's heavy and I can't always get her over the side of the crib with out waking her which made for very long nights) and last night she decided to roll for the first time and I literally just walked out of the room for a second to grab her bottle I left in our room and boom she's crying, no idea what part of her landed first, I've checked her over a hundred times found no bumps or bruises and she seems fine just extra crabby . Should I be worried that she decided bed time was at 5pm instead of her normal 8pm?
