I am 30 weeks as of tomorrow and for the last 2 weeks I have been having large amounts of pelvic pressure, pain and lower back pain. This is my second child and I don't remember having this issue with my first. When I sit for any period of time I can't get comfy and then when I try to stand I get a lot of pain and end up waddling like an old lady. It hurts to get up out of bed too. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm worried it might be a sign of early labor.
