Baby "Flutters" at 14 weeks?

Maybe I'm just too excited 😂 or maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. But for the last week or so, I've felt "flutters in my Stomach, and I almost always feel them nearly the same place, on my left side further down. Now, I know it's not gas, because when it's gas, I pass it (excuse me) but these flutters feel a little like gas except nothing comes out, sometimes it last 3-4 minutes, sometimes just a few seconds. But I'm just curious, I'm exactly 14 weeks, is this my baby moving?
