spotting vs. implantation bleeding

How long does implantation bleeding last normally? I've spotted 3 times out of 5 days with more than just drops of blood. I don't know if it's spotting or implantation bleeding, although I only have protected sex so I don't see how I could be pregnant (I'm still worried) can someone help/inform me?
