does this sound like a period?
can implantation bleeding fill multiple pads and tampons? I started the same day of my period and lasted 5 to six days. It started as light red spotting so I put a pad on. I woke up and it was cherry red/dark red and had filled the entire pad. Then I would bleed through a super tampon and onto a pad within 5 hours or so. I bled through tampons on to pads. I'm also on the pill.
