So I've been having really bad headaches and at first I thought it was a mixture of tiredness and the antibiotics I was taking for an infection but I finished my antibiotics on Monday and I'm still getting a constant headache with points of it worsening in the afternoon.

I've also been experiencing back ache that is sometime unbearable, I have a really bad ache in the bottom of my spine around where I had a spinal.

Also I've noticed some dull shooting pains in the top of my abdomen and some discomfort throughout my tummy.

Are these just general symptoms that are common with this time after giving birth or should I seek medical advice? I don't want to be wasting to doctors time if this is just normal and I should suck it up and deal with it....
