I'm still not gaining the weight that I'm supposed what are some safe shakes I can have???

You can make your own with Bob's red mill protein powder, milk, frozen fruit and veggies and blend! Tastes like ice cream

I like the vega one sport proteins. All plant based, non-gmo, organic, and good carb to protein ratio. Has full "servings" of fruits and veggies too, but sometimes I mix in real fruit and veggies. I make it with almond milk but you can do water or real milk (I'm just lactose intolerant). Good luck!

My previous doc recommended boost or ensure. They aren't organic and have additives so it depends on your preference on that. You could also look into natural protein powders and make it with fruits to add in some calories
