leaking😓

Anyone else having a problem leaking urine? I cant feel it when i do, but im finding myself changing my underwear twice a day. Im resorting to liners now but man this is so annoying.

After i had my son i had an incontinence problem. Like, there was no stopping at all. I had a catheter during labor so i think that was the problem. But that was almost 3 years ago. Could that be why im leaking now? Or is it just a general pregnancy thing? I cant remember if i had this problem with my son this early. Im 9w6d.
