Possibility of Pregnancy?

So my boyfriend and I are pretty hormonal for eachother. We have sex quite often and we don't use protection (we just don't like the feel of condoms). This past week has been my fertile window and we slept together on the first day, in the middle and on my last day. Whenever he plays with me he gets erections multiple times before we have sex and the pre-cum always ends up inside of me. I've been feeling really sluggish and we've noticed some spotting...any chance I could be pregnant? Any advice would help! We're low key freaking out!
