Answers please!!!!

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I've been having brown discharge with dark brown clots & sharp cramping on lower right side. I went in yesterday & had my blood drawn for HCG to make sure that it is doubling as normal. Is this a sign of an ectopic or miscarriage???

My HCG levels have doubled!! Tuesday I was 447 Thursday I was 936.. God thank you! I'm so ready to meet my bundle of joy 😍 My husband and I have been TTC for 3 years since our last MC. And she also said it could be implantation and as long as it's not bright red I'm fine. For those of you that believe in God, please say a prayer for me & I'll do the same.
