Good sign or not?

So on Feb 15, I got 4 vvvfl on a pregnancy test. Later that day I started cramping but not to bad and it started off spotting then full on bleeding like an AF. I never got a vvvfl through the whole 6 months TTC. So I was sad the thing is I didn't go too the hospital just let it happen I know I should of went but didn't. It stopped on the 5 th day of bleeding. I also got this small clot that was pink and I saw a Lil tint of gray. When it stopped we started having unprotected sex again. I've been sooooo sleepy lately more than usual. I'll take naps through out the whole day. I would take like 5 or 6 naps everyday. I been feeling so tired for some reason I haven't tested though because I ran out of pregnancy test. But getting more tomorrow hoping to test Saturday or Sunday. Could this be a good sign (the sleepiness) ?? Did anyone experience this and found out you were pregnant?
