Does anyone know what my child has?

Ok so not so long ago I posted about how my 3 yr old has a fever of 101 then I took her to the Dr that same day and it went up to 105!! They rushed us to the hospital where we stayed for 4 days until she was diagnosed with typhus fever from a tick bite. They didn't actually see that in her blood but from the fever and some really weird red spots in her skin that would come ago they guessed it was that. After 1 days of antibiotics she didn't have s fever for 24 hours and we were sent home. A day after she was let out the Dr called asking for us to go in and he told us he didn't think they diagnosed her correctly since 2 days into the antibiotics her spots still haven't gone away and he referred us to A specialist for next week. Ok that same day, my baby woke up at 3 am crying her little butt off trying to rip her clothes off and going crazy so I take off her pants and I see she had red patches with weird bumps in it and she was scratching like crazy. We stayed up until 7 am because she just wouldn't stop scratching. I tried putting things on her for bug bites and stuff but it never helped. It isn't her clothes or blankets because while we stayed at the hospital my mother in law washed everything in our apartment. I'm gonna take her back to the Dr today about the weird patches of red but honestly all these Dr's are just guessing so I want some Mommy advice!
