Alcohol and Breastfeeding
My fiancée and I will be going out for the first time tomorrow since our LO was born. I most likely will have a few beers and maybe a shot. Do I need to pump and dump before I feed my LO again? I want to make sure my milk is safe for him before I feed him again.
