So earlier today, I showered and shaved down there and then my boyfriend and I have spontaneous sex which was kinda painful in the beginning. I went to pee right after and it hurt.

U may have accidentally nicked yourself. Or whatever u used as shaving cream might have irritated u especially after the sex. I'd say spahnsome water on it, maybe put a little coconut oil down there and give it a rest for a little while. Drink lots of water too
