Worried

I am getting a little worried. I have been on some progest medicine to help regulate my cycles out. I finally had a regulated cycle back on February 11th - 16th. Me and the guy I was dating at the time had intercourse on the 24th. I was not feeling myself or good at that time but went about the sexual endeavor. Got dumped a week later by him. And on March 7th - 10th I experienced some light spotting and cramps off and on for those four days. And on the 8th, I passed two small noticeable blood tissue. Have not had no cramps or spotting since. Aunt flo is not due until the 24th of this month and I am a little worried. I have never experienced nothing like that at all. I am a mother of a 7 year old boy and never had no spotting or unusual symptoms to trigger I was pregnant. Had a normal pregnancy with him. I would greatly appreciate some insight if anyone could explain what I maybe experiencing.
