Too scared to give birth 😰

Really panicking today at the thought of going into labor and delivering this little girl. I usually have the same 2 thoughts from worrying so much. 1) suck it up and dont worry about it, I have to do anyway and women do it everyday, I'll get through it. Or 2)extreme research on how to make it through and stressing out over it. But it seems like the fear is getting worse and its really making me less excited:( I just cant get past the labor part and I'm so scared😯

I try to be positive and remember how lucky I am and that my body's made for this and I CAN do it. I know itll be worth it in the end, but it feels like nothing's bringing me comfort anymore:( every part of labor and delivery has me TERRIFIED😩
