Migraines

I get vestibular migraines (migraines that make me super dizzy). Prepregnancy I was prescribe Meclizine 25mg 3 times a day while the migraine persisted. During my pregnancy my migraines went away but now they are back. I didn't thought to ask my dr and it's now 11pm Saturday night. I'll call Monday but anyone have this or know what I can take that safe for BF? I know Meclizine is a no-no.
