My baby hardly eats in the morning?

Is this normal? She honestly has like 2 oz of formula from 8 AM to 1 pm. Then towards night time she starts drinking more. But I worry she isn't getting enough. She's just not interested in it. Then at night she'll wake every 2-3 hours to eat.

I think she's just overtired m in the mornings because she wakes so much at night lol because she's napping now.

We just went through this for about 2 weeks. He swapped his day and night feeding schedule. What I did was limit the feeds at night. I would feed at 8pm, skip the 11pm, feed at 1, skip the 3 and feed at 5/6.  He was then wanting to eat before we left at 7:30am, but I tried holding him off until getting to the sitter. When doing this he started to eat more during the day, and back to his normal night schedule. He was only eating 3/4oz from 7:30-4:15, and then nursing every two hours or so when he got home.
