Claustrophobia

Help! I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and I can already tell that baby is cramped due to my heightened claustrophobia and overall full feeling. My back is killing me and my stomach is also. How do you stop yourself from having these intrusive thoughts that a huge baby is cramped inside of you. I haven't felt this way since 20 weeks and It went away quickly on its own. I feel so weird like I need to get up and stretch and move around but my mind keeps reminding me that there is something in my tummy and it's cramped.
