Feeling like giving up 😫

I've been trying since September now, I've been temperature checking doing ovulation tests and doing it all at the right times and when the tests say I'm ovulating and still nothing, I feel like giving up I'm still waiting on my bfp this months af is due tomorrow and I can already feel her but I'm not testing until I'm late, can anyone suggest anything that's going to help me? Some people have said birth control for a month or so but I really don't wanna do that, just feel like giving up completely is beginning to become so much work, plus I've just started work so it's going to be nearly impossible for me to track ovulation now!
