Voluntary CSection?

i was diagnosed with genital herpes in jan 2015, had one outbreak which was that time but it hasnt reoccured. dr says she will start me on meds at 32 weeks to prevent a outbreak from happening but im afraid it will affect the baby either way. would i be able to ask for a csection? i dont wanna risk my baby gettin anythin
