ultrasound/sonographer

Hey ladies ! Well I'm currently trying to enroll in school again. Ever since I was little and I went with my aunts and mother to their appointments I wanted to be a ultrasound technician 👩‍🔧 😬. When I was little I always wanted to some day be able to tell the mom to be what gender their baby is lol . But now that I'm older I know that sonogram is more than just telling the sex of the baby. I'm really interested In this. Any lady here an ultrasound tech ? I'm living in New Jersey, so anybody that knows the beginning salary for a tech ? And just simply how is it like to be an ultrasound tech ? Thank you in advance ☺️  Btw sorry if I posted this where it doesn't belong!!
