really worried

All day I haven't felt very well, been feeling very faint and the usual stomach cramps which I've had since finding out I was pregnant, came home from work earlier and went to the toilet, when I wiped on the tissue was a very very small blood clot, smaller than a pea! It was dark red, proper blood colour. When I wiped there was also a very small amount of dark red blood but then nothing phoned the midwife and she said because was so small, wait until my 16 weeks appointment tomorrow. Very worried because last week I had light pink spotting and now today that! Just listened to baby heart beat with the Doppler but I'm still so worried 😢😢😢
