hair? I need help omg

My hair is naturally dark brown almost black. The sun lightens It year round though so it ends up more light brown but still pretty dark. Last year I died my hair ombré. It was cute but then it like turned yellowish and I hated it so I wanted to go back to my normal brown. My natural. I dyed it a couple days ago and it's really dark like almost black but it looks way to dark for me. Am I just not used to it? Because it is my natural but why does it looks so weird?
