I need some help
Hello! I need some help with my weight and such or well just dieting in general, I'm 19,5'7 or 5'8 and I'm 219 pounds and I really would like tips or something on how to lose weight,my dad is a big guy and it just kinda runs with the family but I want to lose weight.I walk 30 minutes a day but it's my eating I believe that just negates my walking! I don't look that big but I just don't like how I look and I try to watch what I eat but I seem to go back to junk I'm not suppose to have. Thank you
