PCOS has anyone had kids with one ovary

Well I have PCOS for as long as I can remember and anyone who has or knows what PCOS is knows that it's not fun . Anyways just last week found out that I had a dermoid cyst and just Friday got it removed  and while they were in thier they had to remove my right ovary and recovery had been so painful they had to open me up like if I had a c- section  . Has anyone had this done to them and have had babies after cause I don't have kids and I'm worried this will just make it harder .
