I have now been going a week in working to decrease my milk supply and the past few days I have had terrible headaches and can't sleep and nothing helps.  Is this the hormones? Any recommendations?

If you're trying to stop it tight compression bra, cabbage leaves in bra, avoid hot/warm shower water hitting them

Well when you breastfeed you have more oxytocin in your body which helps you relax. When I quit I was really anxious for about a week then felt really normal.

That's not really symptoms for weaning. Sore or enforced breasts yes, but I've never heard insomnia and headaches before. Sounds more like stress. Also peppermint is bad for lactation so if you eat/drink thinks with peppermint in them it will help decrease your supply. Also sage and parsley are bad for lactation as well.
