blood test results?

I have been very ill since last July, last week I had my third blood test in 6 weeks. First one came back normal for what I was tested for, second one came back with no folate, and I jut got a call from my doctor saying I need to come in to discuss my results. I have been told my results over the phone so why do I need to go see the doctor? I'm really scared ..
