When are you starting your maternity leave?

Im unsure when to take maternity leave. When did or when are youbtaking yours?

In three days, Thursday is my last work day and can't wait.  I will be 36wks and 5 days.  Planning on taking 12 weeks after baby is born :)

I went out at 35 weeks on doctors note so it wouldn't mess up my 12 weeks of fmla. I'm on short term disability at the moment so when he is born it will start my 12 weeks with little man. :)

I'm leaving at 34 weeks if all is well! Though I won't be returning so I'm working up until then. Then I'll be staying home with my princess! God willing 🙏🏼🙌🏼
