Very faint positive and horrible cramps

Yesterday I was supposed to start my period and I had a weird feeling so I took a test and the positive line was VERY faint. Took another one later that day from a different brand and same VERY FAINT line showing positive. Took another one first thing this am and exact same or even fainter line. Cramps kept me up until 3 am last night. I'm so nauseas it's hard for me to do anything. Extremely bloated and honestly I just feel like sh**. No blood or spotting what so ever. Everything I do is miserably uncomfortable. Anyone know anything? I am so stressed out because this was unplanned but it would make me feel slightly better just knowing SOMETHING.
