what are your experiences with vitex???

I'm going to try to pick some up today, I've read a bit online but I wanna hear personal stories. Did it work for you? How long were you taking it?

I Didnt ovulate for 3 months after  coming off the pill. 1 week of vitex and a good strong positive ovulation test!

My sister in law got pregnant using Vitex. I'm using it now. It helps with PMS symptoms & help balance fertility hormones.

Vitex did not help me ovulate regularly, but it definitely regulated my cycle. I was having 40 day cycles after coming off the pill, but within two months of starting Vitex my cycle was down to about 30 days!
