First OB Appointment

So I'm 12 weeks and my doctor try to find our baby's heartbeat with the Doppler and he couldn't find it. He said there was a 50/50 chance and he didn't seem too concerned. I'm freaking out and I don't go back until April 18th. I need some advice please. Thank you!
