help ttc - 35 years old.

My friend has had 4 miscarriages and is 35 she is trying to convince. I feel so terrible. She works at an incredibly stressful job and is on the verge of quitting and doesn't feel like she has enough time with her husband but I know they do the baby dance a lot. Any tips for her that I can share? I have shared preseed with her and fertilaid. Some things I've heard. What else can I share
