Hey gals, guys, and nonbinary people! I just wanted to say some stuff about mental health. Recenty I've been pretty stressed and depressed - my period is tomorrow - and I think it's good to remind you guys that if you're feeling emotional or overwhelmed, you 100% have the right to take a break and meditate, indulge, or do anything you need to - and I mean anything 😉- in order to put yourself in a better mental state. Just remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health and that your brain needs time to chill every now and then. You wouldn't exercise without taking a break, don't forget to give your mind a break too. Anyway, this is your friendly neighborhood gay, sending good vibes. 😙😙
