Pimples?

Hello everyone!

19 oily/sensitive skin prone to breakouts during PMS

Honestly, how can I even deal with all these disgustingness inside my pores?! What angers me the most is that they are all blind pimples and they hurt like shit.
On top of that they take so long to go away, and when they finally do it's not for long.

I needed to vent.

Are they like cysts ?? I have the same type of skin. I have deep pores and oily skin! I'm 1/2 Italian so. It sucks especially with fair skin. Here's what I've been doing since I was 15

Stay hydrated. Use Cetaphil Regular Facial cleanser. Use Dickersons Witch hazel as a toner after you use warm water to wash skin with Cetaphil and close the pores with Cold water.
Use Benzoyl peroxide. 30% is what I used and it was a little pricey. The least effective is 10% but most effective is preference as it does get pricy. Don't use a rag on your face. If you must lightly pat with a clean towel. 
Good luck. Simple things always work. If u start using fancy crap it messes with the skins natural pH balance. Also exfoliate 1-2 times weekly then follow the directions above. I like black sugar scrub for my exfoliant. Use non scented makeup removers and cotton balls to remove.
