Depo Killed My Drive

When I startrd seeing my SO (about 4 years ago) I got on the depo, things were great with our sex lives until I got off of it and back on it again. After getting back on it, my sex drive died. I decided to get off of it again about a year ago, and my drive is still dead. We have sex once a month at most. Some months not at all! Has this happened to anyone else? How can I get my drive back? I try to talk myself into it.. But sometimes I simply cannot get in the mood! Please help me!
