cramping and can't sleep!
What do y'all do when you can't sleep, and you're cramping?? It's five in the morning and I'm dying!!! Also, my mom won't turn the air conditioner on because it's had a history of breaking. But I'm burning up and can't sleep without a thick blanket that makes me feel safe. I don't know what to do!!!
