Nexplanon

Has anyone had any experience with this type of birth control? Nexplanon or an implant kind at all? It sounds pretty good but I have heard some bad things. I get that's with all birth control though. I have always just went with the pills but my bf thinks this would be best. I agree also but am just scared. I want something I don't have to worry about, it's just there and most effective. Primarily so I don't have to use condoms (i hate them! - sex DOES feel better without - guys are right!) I thought about an IUD but i always hear about them causing infertility and I definitely want kids!!

Any advice??
